As Senior Portfolio Manager, Chris directs the strategy and structure of the discretionary model portfolios and leads the investment committee. He joined Advance Capital in 1993 and was appointed President of Advance Capital Management, Inc. in 2004. Chris earned his degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
Greg is responsible for research and investment management of the discretionary model portfolios. Previously, he was a private placement analyst for Asset Allocation & Management Co. Greg earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2003. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Vince is responsible for research and investment management of the discretionary model portfolios. Previously, he worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst specializing in valuation consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Vince earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2010. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Walsh College with a Master of Science degree in Finance specializing in Financial Planning.
Jennifer is responsible for investment manager research and due diligence. She has extensive experience with manager research and due diligence, performance reviews, attribution analysis and other research projects. In addition, Jennifer has more than 10 years of experience working as an investment analyst with an investment consulting firm. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baker College.
John is responsible for overseeing the development and management of the firm’s institutional client and consultant relationships. John joined Advance Capital in 2014 and has 28 years of institutional investment experience. Previously, he worked for Comerica in the Institutional Trust Department and Asset Management Group, overseeing their investment consultant relationships. John has over 15 years of experience as an institutional investment consultant with Fund Evaluation Group, LLC and Aileron, Ltd. He has also worked in the Treasury Department of the Detroit Medical Center and at Manufacturers National Bank. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from John Carroll University.
Gerriann is responsible for managing our discretionary trading desk team. She also executes the quarterly trades for all of the Advance Capital Management models. In addition to the trading desk, she oversees the management of our portfolio database. Prior to joining Advance Capital in 2003, she was a brokerage account administrator and a small business owner. Gerriann earned her associate’s degree from Oakland Community College.
Jambres is responsible for daily trading in discretionary accounts and serves as retirement plan coordinator. He joined the Advance Capital team in 2012 after working as a Compilation and Review specialist with various local CPA firms. Jambres earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Phoenix.
Todd is responsible for executing the compliance program, including: implementing, monitoring and testing the company's regulatory policies and procedures. After previous positions in the finance industry, he joined Advance Capital in 2010. In 2014, he received the CRCP designation from the Wharton/FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Program. Todd earned his BBA from Walsh College and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Kathy is responsible for oversight of the Regulatory and Compliance functions. Prior to joining Advance Capital in 1990, Kathy worked in Treasury at Michigan Bell. She was appointed Secretary of the Advance Capital I, Inc. mutual funds in 1996. In 2004, she received the CRCP designation from the Wharton/FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Program.
